Orders leave the studio within two working days. Shipping across the EU takes three to five working days; elsewhere, seven to twelve.
Unworn pieces can be returned within thirty days of delivery, in their original packaging. Return shipping within the EU is on us. Sale pieces are final.
Linen and cotton: wash cold, line dry, press while slightly damp. Merino and cashmere: hand wash in lukewarm water with a wool detergent, dry flat, never wring. Nothing in the collection should go in a tumble dryer.
We collect only what an order requires — name, address, contact details — and keep it for as long as accounting rules oblige us to. We do not sell customer data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
